Terms of Service

Welcome to Rise Soccer Academy! By accessing or using our services on this platform (hereinafter: “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) and any applicable local laws. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Overview

Rise Soccer Academy (hereinafter: “Platform”, “Us” or “We”, “School”) offers digital educational content focused on football, including but not limited to video tutorials, e-books, and personalized training plans, etc. These services are provided through Teachable’s platform and accessible to users worldwide. Currently, payment for services is accepted only through PayPal.

Our website and School use the Teachable platform. When a user (hereinafter: “you”, “user” or “student”) signs up for our services or buys any products from us, they also agree to the Terms and the Privacy policy of the Teachable platform. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you confirm that you are an adult and not a minor (compliant with local regulation – adulthood : 19 for the Republic of Korea ROK, etc.). If you are a minor, you need to have obtained parental or guardian consent. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge that these may be updated from time to time.

These Terms are intended to help you (User), to make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using our services. Depending on your activity on the Platform, some special rules may apply to you. So read the information below carefully.

3. Description of Services

Our Service provides:

  • Educational video content and tutorials related to football;
  • Sale and distribution of e-books on football techniques, tactics, and related subjects;
  • Personalized training plans and content for football coaching;
  • Other educational and/or consulting services.

All content is hosted and delivered through Teachable platform, and users are responsible for maintaining an active account with Teachable through our website in order to access content.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate any of these Terms.

• Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

We shall protect your privacy and privacy of and all the data we collect and handle. 

5. Payment and Fees

All purchases and payments must be completed through PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

• Refund Policy: We offer refunds in compliance with local consumer protection laws. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or face technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed based on eligibility. The right to Withdraw for user based in the Republic of Serbia is 14 days.

• Subscription Fees: If applicable, subscription fees are billed periodically as stated at the time of purchase.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Service is owned or licensed by Rise Soccer Academy. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  1. modify or copy the materials;
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the Platform’s website are provided 'as is'. The Platform makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Platform does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

The materials appearing on the Platform’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Platform does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The Platform may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The Platform does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

7. User-Generated Content

You may be able to post comments, reviews, or other content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and it must not be defamatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content for any reason.

8. Compliance with Teachable Terms of Service

Since the Platform operates through Teachable, by using our Service, you also agree to be bound by Teachable’s Terms of Service, which can be found teachable.com/terms-of-use. Any violation of Teachable’s terms by a user of Rise Soccer Academy may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.

9. Consumer Rights 

In compliance with local consumer protection laws, users are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to Withdraw from Purchase: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 7 days of purchase if digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. The right to Withdraw for user based in the Republic of Serbia is 14 days.

• Resolution of Disputes: If you encounter issues with the Service, please contact our support team at [email protected] to resolve your concern. 

10. Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Soccer Academy is not liable for any dams arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential dams, even if we were advised of the possibility of such dams.

The Platform has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Platform of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rise Soccer Academy, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, dams, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
